boo-boo toe

i survived the toenail-ectomy (or whatever the procedure is called). my toe is throbbing now that the numbness was worn off. ouch.
the most painful part was while he was numbing it, and it was during that time i retreated to my happy place, which is currently j2 living in domestic bliss and pleasuring each other. i said out loud to the doc i was going to my happy place and he asked where that was. luckily, he asked the nurse for something right after that, and i didn't have to answer. as for when he was actually cutting out the piece of my nail, i felt nothing.

j drove me to the doctor's office, and on the way home - while toe was still happlily numbed - we stopped at boot barn and i got some new shoes. behold....

i hope the doc gave you some pain meds (or at least a recommendation for something stronger than aspirin)?

OMG-my two favorite shoes in one! Mocs and flip-flops.

The doc clearly has no idea who he's dealing with. No (straight) man in his right mind would ask such a question of an SPN fangirl. Although just this morning I was laughing over someone's icon of the Js with the caption: "Yes, we are having buttsex" and my husband asked the question. I showed it to him. His reply? "That's gross."

*sighs* We are so misunderstood, us rabid fangirls.

Hope the ouchy gets better soon, bebe.
