as i mentioned yesterday, i planned to watch juno, and i did.
what an awesome movie!! i loved it so, so much!!! ellen page is so cute, and i thought her wonderful in this role. i loved the off-beat humor - soupy sales reference FTW!!! - and loved her dad to bits, as well her stepmom. oh, and her friend leah was awesome too. ok, i liked all the characters, what can i say. i even cried a little at then end.and the music....i so want the soundtrack. <3
i also watched the boondock saints last night, which has been on my list of movies to see forever (plus everytime i'm on

ianthe_aveira's lj, it just screams WATCH THIS MOVIE), but i kept never actually doing so......and OMFG!! WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG TO SEE THIS!!BLOODY BRILLIANT is what that movie is. wow. just, WOW.

It was bloody and profane and off the wall, and sometimes it was damn funny, too! Connor and Murphy were so cool. Billy Connolly(Dad)rocks and Willem DaFoe was purely fucking brilliant. He should've won some kind of award for this. Srsly. Loved the sound track, too.

i was updating my netflix queue yesterday afternoon and saw that i could watch it "instantly" on their site, and did just that.
sometimes it was damn funny, too!
like when the cat got shot! and how they put a piece of paper over the spot on the wall! i so lol'd at that, among other things.
Willem DaFoe was purely fucking brilliant. He should've won some kind of award for this. Srsly.
