dear starbucks,

while i agree that the concept of sprinkling crystallized ginger on top of your gingerbread lattes sounds good, in actuality, it really isn't such a great idea.

can i share with you what happens to those bits of ginger? they sink to bottom, become soggy and chewy, and really aren't that enjoyable. at. all.

the dvd player seems to be okay now too. i think the dvd's got too hot, as yhey'd been sitting atop the in use dvd player for several hours. i don't know if a thing like can happen, but it's the only thing i can think of. but, all is well, and j got to see ep 1 of s2 and not be all cliffhung.

that movie looks very interesting. such an array on the cast!! i'll prolly end up seeing that alone, as i cannot thing of a single person i know in rl that would like that.

yes, ew, on the ginger. next time i order one, i'll be sure to ask for them to leave that off.

i'm off to a friend's house for the remainder of the weekend. she lives about an hour away, and we're having a 24 viewing party. i'm bringing wine and she's making chow mein, eggrolls and other yummy goodies. she's a fantastic chinese foos maker. yum.

i'm spending the night out there (it's close to work) so no internetz for me until tomorrow.
